RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

ON NO CIRCUMSTANCE ARE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS RETURNABLE. (Except manufacturer’s defect)

IN THE CASE OF A MANUFACTURER’S DEFECT, JUST MOLECULES WILL PROVIDE HIGH SATISFACTION RETURN SERVICE UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.

Purchased merchandise must be in original condition, same as brand new. Any exchanges or refunds must be made within 10 days of the customer receiving the product(s). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. (Full cost will be refunded).

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-15 business days.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@justmolecules.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are sending a product back to us, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

NOTE: If the packaging or product has been damaged, please do not send it to us. There will be extra charge for re-shipping the items.
